Sarah’s fitness journey started in 2010 when she found her love of fitness. Sarah has completed her STOTT PILATES® Intensive Reformer Training. She has cycling certifications from Spinning, Real Ryder and Schwinn. Sarah also has an AFAA Group Fitness certification and loves teaching many different formats, including TRX, Trampoline and Strength. Sarah also has a Bachelor’s degree in English from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

In her spare time, Sarah loves spending time with her 8 year old triplets, 2 dogs and husband. She lives by the motto “fitness should be fun”!
