Reformer Orientation is an introductory group pilates class to help you safely use, adjust, and workout on the STOTT PILATES Reformer. Wear your workout gear and learn the basic principles plus some essential reformer exercises. We offer a free Group Reformer Orientation with your Pilates membership or with a purchase of a reformer package.

Reformer+ combines traditional basic and intermediate reformer and can include chair exercises for a full body workout. While all levels are welcome, taking the Reformer Foundation class before joining Reformer+ will help you get the most out of this great workout!

Our most advanced class, which may incorporate both the Reformer and Stability Chair to challenge those who have mastered foundation and intermediate level exercise. We recommend you take at least 20 Pilates Reformer classes previously. Intense, fast-paced, and a lot of fun, this class will take you to a new level of fitness!

Get ready for a fun, athletic Pilates workout with the Reformer Sculpt class! In this intermediate-level class, you will challenge yourself with weight-based training utilizing the Reformer in addition to other fun pieces of equipment, including TRX and Stability Chair. You’re bound to work up a sweat while strengthening, lengthening and toning your body.

The Reformer Foundation class is perfect for anyone looking to start their Pilates practice, or for those looking to perfect their form and get the most out of essential Pilates reformer exercises. In addition to increasing body awareness and strengthening the core, expect muscle balance around the joints for improved posture. In this class, you will practice Pilates exercises for safe functional movement specifically focused on balance and flexibility. We recommend you take at least 10 Reformer Foundation classes before leveling up if you're new to Pilates.

Reformer Cardio Intervals is the best way to burn calories and have fun! Cardio Intervals is low impact, high intensity using the Jumpboard or Cardio-Tramp Rebounder. A trampoline surface (cardio trampoline) is attached to the end of the reformer allowing you to jump while lying on your back. This unique class is perfect for anyone looking to get a combination of Pilates and cardio in one 50 minute session. All levels are welcome, and workouts are done lying down to protect the back while focusing on hip, knee, and ankle alignment.
