Whether you’re new to Pilates or are an experienced practitioner, we offer a variety of disciplines for any age group. Each of our classes are broken down by levels, so you can easily search for and sign-up for the class that’s right for you.
We focus on quality of instruction over quantity of clients in a class – a mindset we know you’ll love and is true to Pilates.
Stephanie is a Nationally Certified Pilates instructor with Pilates Method Alliance and BASI Pilates. Stephanie found Pilates at the age of 18, after completing her 10 year competitive gymnastics career. Pilates was able to help build strength after many injuries as well as incorporate balance and flexibility back into her movement practice. In addition to practicing Pilates, Stephanie has also spent an over 10 year career in marketing and advertising working with companies including John Force Racing, BASI Pilates and Club Pilates. Sharing her passion of Pilates furthers into teaching as she is an Assistant Faculty Member at Fullerton College teaching the Pilates Certification program. In addition to Pilates, Stephanie loves to spend time with her nieces & nephews, traveling, and hiking.
Chandra was introduced to Pilates in 2001, while recovering from surgery. After realizing the numerous benefits and positive impact Pilates made in her own body and movement, she began a college accredited program to become a certified Pilates instructor. Chandra received her Pilates and Dance Conditioning Instructor Certification in 2012. In addition, she went on to complete a 200 hour Yoga Instructor Certification in 2015. Chandra also holds a degree in Dance. She is passionate about fitness, movement, health and nutrition. Chandra hopes to share her knowledge and help others achieve their individual fitness goals.
Jamie is one of our most dynamic instructors and her passion for fitness is obvious. Her classes are packed with devout followers and she brings endless amounts of energy to every class she teaches. Jamie has numerous of certifications and specializes in many styles of fitness including: STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor, CORE™ Instructor, Certified TRX Instructor, Certified TaeBo Instructor, Certified ACE Instructor and Certified AFAA Instructor. Besides motivating clients and helping them achieve their fitness goals, Jamie is also a Mat and Reformer STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer, helping future pilates instructors achieve their goal of teaching. She has over 26 years of experience in the fitness industry and has created and presented fitness programs for 24 Hour Fitness and FTP fitness in Japan.
Kristen discovered Pilates over 20 years ago while she danced professionally in the Siegfried & Roy Show in Las Vegas. Pilates helped her to strengthen her core muscles, correct her alignment, and enhance her body awareness so that she could maintain a lasting professional dance career.
After her retirement in the dance industry, Kristen trusted the method and wanted to share her love of Pilates with others. She completed the 500-hour Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training Program with BASI Pilates and received her certification in 2010.
When she’s not in the studio, she loves to paddle board, hike, watch movies, practice yoga at home and cook.
Robin’s 12+ years of training and experience teaching studio Pilates and 30+ years teaching group fitness is tailored towards helping students return to movement in order to achieve their best selves. Trained in the Balance Body method and certified in 18 group exercise classes including weightlifting, pre-natal and arthritis fitness, Robin strives to help her students work through their “areas of opportunity” to create strength, mobility, balance, flexibility, stamina and flow in their bodies.
Over the years she’s had the privilege of helping athletes such as dancers and runners as well as clients recovering from heart disorders, knee surgery, scoliosis spine surgery, pelvic floor disorder and frozen shoulder.
An avid endurance athlete, Robin enjoys running, hiking and cycling.
Sheela’s Pilates journey began over 10 years ago when she discovered Pilates as an alternative form of rehabilitation and strengthening for her back injuries. She is a BASI Certified Pilates Instructor who focuses on form while offering a full body challenging workout. Sheela also has a background in Classical Indian Dance and Yoga. She enjoys hiking, bike riding and loves the outdoors. Sheela’s passion for Pilates helped her tremendously through the years and she continues to learn more each day through her practice and teaching.
Lisa began her Pilates journey 10 years ago while recovering from a back injury and has been hooked since. Lisa played volleyball competitively and spent many years cycling, with a handful of century rides under her belt. Lisa is a Stott-trained instructor and has a B.A. in Comparative Literature from U.C. Berkeley. Lisa works with clients rehabilitating from surgeries, injuries, and people who want to maintain their fitness as they age. For Lisa, the most gratifying aspect of teaching Pilates is seeing the confidence and energy that students gain through their Pilates practice.
Kachina discovered Pilates as the solution to muscular balance and enhanced performance as well as a means to rebuild her core from the inside-out post two children, one of which was a c-section. Empowered by her initial transformation, she’s been enthusiastically inspiring clients and students since 2001. Stott Certified, with continuing education workshops through BASI and Ron Fletcher, Kachina brings a fully integrative approach to fitness with a broad spectrum of trainings such as; behavior change, meditation, Spiritual Life-Coaching, yoga, indigenous healing practices and female fitness success to name a few. She is a catalyst, helping students plug into empowerment, holistic fitness and vitality across body, mind and spirit.
Marie’s journey with Pilates began at the University of Colorado, Boulder where she experienced her first mat class and quickly came to love the intense flow of movements that challenged both her body and mind. As a past dancer and gymnast, she connected to Pilates right away, and became a Certified Pilates Instructor through Orange Coast College in Southern California. While at University, Marie studied Psychology and feels that teaching Pilates has given her a tangible way to help people improve not only their physical, but mental well-being. The transformations she has witnessed throughout her career, continually remind her that the Pilates method has a place in everyone’s life. She is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their wellness goals and her passion for Pilates goes beyond the studio as she is an advocate for living a holistic healthy lifestyle in all areas of life.
