Here are some answers to commonly asked questions about our studios and classes. If you have any questions or concerns whatsoever, just reach out and let us know.
Do you have a Cancellation Policy?
Yes. We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for all group classes and a 24-hour cancellation policy for all private-sessions. If this happens, you will lose the private or group class session from your account, and if you are an unlimited member, you will be charged $10 to your account. Any group class “no shows” will be charged $15, regardless of membership levels. If you cannot make it to class, and out of the respect for those on the waitlist, please cancel online, through the app, or by texting the studio.
Why do you have a cancellation policy?
Accountability and mutual respect matter. If there was no penalty for cancelling, it’d be much easier to skip class and miss a chance to feel better! Also, our classes are very popular so the policy discourages speculative booking, and keeps more spots open for those who can commit to the class.
What do I need to bring with me?
We recommend wearing workout apparel and bringing a water bottle and a towel with you to class. We do require Pilates socks in all of our studios, which are available for purchase in the studio or easily found for Purchase online
If I come late will I be allowed to take the class?
If you arrive late to class within 10 minutes of the start time, you will be able to take class. If you arrive later than that, you unfortunately will not be permitted to take class. This is out of safety precautions for yourself, but to also minimize disruption to those in class and the instructor.
Can I use my cell phone during class?
Short of an emergency, we kindly request that you place your phone on silent mode and refrain from use during class. This help you (and those around you) stay more grounded in the present moment and get the most out of class
Other Policies of Note:
- We kindly ask that you help keep the studio clean by wiping down your equipment after class.
- Please no eating or drinking (besides water) in the studio.
- All sales are final, no transfers or refunds on class packages, private sessions, or memberships commitments.
- All expiration dates are also final. Exceptions can be made if a new package of sessions or classes is made.
